Vegan Chocolate Loaf Cake

During spring break, I met up with my friends, and one of them is lactose intolerant. I wanted to make something that is dairy free for her, and I found this amazing cake! It is super rich, and the chocolate went perfectly with the coffee in the cake. It was a success with my friends, so I was very happy with it!
